Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena Witnesses Ceremonial Inauguration of Sacred Exposition of Holy Relics of Lord Buddha
On the sacred occasion of Buddha Purnima, the spiritually vibrant town of Leh witnessed a deeply significant celebration marking the 2569th Buddha Jayanti and the ceremonial inauguration of the Sacred Exposition of Holy Relics of Lord Buddha at the revered Jivetsal Photang.

Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena, also a member of the Coordination Committee for the Sacred Exposition constituted by the Administration of UT Ladakh, graced the occasion and participated in the ceremonial proceedings.
The event was graced by the Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, whose presence added national significance to the gathering. The occasion also saw the participation of international dignitaries, including ambassadors from Sri Lanka and Thailand, a senior administrative officials and political leaders, making it a notable confluence of spiritual devotion and public leadership.

The ceremony unfolded in an atmosphere of deep reverence, with sacred rituals and prayers creating a sense of collective reflection and devotion. On this occasion, Venerable Bhikkhu Sanghasena had the honour of felicitating Shri Amit Shah with a traditional Khatak.
