The "Old Age Home" at MIMC dedicated to elderly and physically handicapped individuals who may be abandoned or lack family support. Established in 1995, this home provides a loving, safe environment with necessary facilities, fostering dignity and comfort. It currently houses around 35 residents, with plans to expand and continue serving Ladakh's vulnerable aged population with care and respect.

The "Visually Impaired Hostel", established in 2006 and inaugurated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, offers education, shelter, and skill training while integrating students with sighted peers to foster confidence and independence.

The "Karuna Charitable Hospital" is a vital healthcare facility in Ladakh providing specialized services in general medicine, surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, and more. It offers affordable, compassionate medical care including emergency services, promoting health and wellness in this remote region.
