Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena Meets Chief Secretary of UT Ladakh
At the invitation of the Chief Secretary of Ladakh, Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena called on the Chief Secretary of the Administration of UT Ladakh, Shri Ashish Kundra, IAS, at his residence in Leh.
During the cordial meeting, Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena extended his warm greetings on the auspicious occasion of the 77th Republic Day of India. He also formally welcomed Shri Ashish Kundra, IAS, on his recent posting as the Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Ladakh and conveyed his best wishes for his tenure.
The meeting included a wide-ranging discussion on issues of mutual interest, with particular emphasis on the promotion and preservation of Ladakhi culture, traditions, and Spiritual heritage. Both also exchanged views on strengthening Ladakh’s spiritual legacy and working collectively to make Ladakh emerge as a new spiritual capital, rooted in its ancient wisdom, ecological sensitivity, and values of peace and compassion.
The meeting reflected a shared commitment to cultural preservation, social harmony, and constructive engagement for the welfare of the people of Ladakh.
