These are the guidelines designed to preserve the tranquil environment of the sanctuary and support each visitor's personal and spiritual transformation.

They emphasizes respect, mindfulness, and practical behavior for a peaceful and enriching experience in the Ladakhi spiritual and cultural settings.

  • Arrive well-rested and allow yourself to acclimatize to Ladakh's high altitude by avoiding any strenuous activities for at least 24 hours after arrival.

  • Maintain a respectful and quiet demeanor in meditation halls, retreat spaces, and throughout the centre's campus to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.

  • Dress modestly and comfortably, choosing attire appropriate for meditation sessions as well as outdoor activities.

  • Attend all scheduled sessions promptly and engage mindfully in all activities and practices.

  • Refrain from consuming alcohol, tobacco, or any intoxicating substances during the retreat or course period to support your wellbeing and the group's harmony.

  • Follow carefully any instructions provided by teachers and centre staff, especially those related to safety protocols and meditation techniques.

  • Keep mobile phones silent or switched off during sessions to minimize distractions.

  • Show respect for the spiritual traditions of the centre and the cultural customs of the Ladakhi community.

  • Use only designated areas for meals and rest, and help keep all communal spaces clean and orderly.

  • If you require any assistance related to health or accommodation, seek help from the centre's staff without hesitation.
