Bhikkhu Sanghasena calls on Dr. Karan Singh in New Delhi

When asked about the purpose of the visit, Bhikkhu Sanghasena replied, “The only purpose is love and respect. We have come to pay our respects and enquire about your health. We love you, sir.” On the occasion, Bhikkhu Sanghasena presented a traditional shawl to Dr. Karan Singh and wished him good health and a long life.

Dr. Karan Singh is one of the most distinguished scholars of Indology and has made lasting contributions to Indian intellectual and cultural life. Notably, he had earlier recommended Bhikkhu Sanghasena for the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of his work for peace, compassion, and social harmony.
