The daily meditation and yoga sessions begin at MIMC during Sacred Exposition of Holy Relics
The daily meditation and yoga sessions has commenced at MIMC Leh in connection with the ongoing Sacred Exposition of the Holy Relics of the Tathagata Buddha, offering participants a meaningful opportunity to deepen their spiritual practice during this auspicious period.

The sessions are being conducted under the guidance of Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena. The yoga sessions for 2nd and 3rd of May were led by Dr. I. V. Basavaraddi, who is currently serving as a visiting professor at the Mahabodhi Yoga Institute.

The programme has witnessed active participation from monks, devotees, members of the local community, students of Mahabodhi institutions, and personnel of the Indian Army. Set in a serene and spiritually uplifting environment, the sessions bring together meditation, yoga, and prayer, allowing participants to reflect deeply on the significance of the sacred exposition.

Through this initiative, we aim to promote mindfulness, inner peace, and spiritual awareness, enabling individuals to connect more closely with the teachings of the Buddha.

It is to further inform that these meditation and yoga sessions will continue daily throughout the duration of the Holy Relic Exposition, under the guidance of experienced teachers and practitioners. The ongoing programme is designed to offer sustained opportunities for spiritual learning, reflection, and collective well-being.

We assure our continued commitment to fostering peace, harmony, and inner transformation through the integrated practice of meditation and yoga under the guidance and blessings of our Guruji Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena.
